Facility Reservation Guidelines (Policy Updates effective Feb. 15, 2025):
All Saints facilities may be rented/reserved for sacramental events and parish events only, with the exception of the outdoor pavilion. The pavilion will be reserved for registered and active parishioners only.All groups and meetings MUST fill out a Request to Use a Facility form for any events or ongoing meetings. Your request will be reviewed by our staff and you will be contacted to let you know the status of your request.
A recurring group meeting in a particular space must renew their facility request every 12 months via our Request to Use a Facility form.
Sacramental events (such as funerals, special Masses, Holy Days, Faith Formation, 1st Communion, and Confirmation) are given first consideration for facility bookings.
We ask that all groups to be good stewards of the shared spaces. As the demand for space requests at All Saints continues to grow, we must work together in order to accommodate as many groups as possible. We will review your request and may place your group in a room that best suits the size and needs of your group. Thank you in advance for your flexibility.
